Changing your email

Go to Settings → Account → Email. Enter the new address and we'll send a confirmation link to it. Click the link and the change is applied immediately. The old email keeps receiving notifications until you confirm the new one — so a typo doesn't lock you out.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We email you a one-time link that expires after one hour. Click it, set a new password, and you're back in. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting another link.

Deleting your account (right to erasure)

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. We confirm via email and then anonymise your personal data within 30 days. Bookings you completed remain in the club's accounting records (legally required) but are detached from your name. This is your right under GDPR and the Georgian PDP law.

Data export

Want a copy of everything we have on you? Go to Settings → Account → Export my data. We'll email you a JSON archive with your profile, bookings, messages, and rating history within 7 days. No charge.
