Online card payment is on the roadmap. Today every club on Padelya takes payment on site, and the notes below describe exactly that.
You pay the club, not Padelya
Padelya reserves the court; the club takes the money. When you confirm a booking there is no card form and no redirect to a payment page — the booking is confirmed straight away and you settle at the club when you arrive. The confirmation screen and your confirmation email both show the amount to pay so there is no surprise at reception.
Padelya never asks for, sees, or stores a card number.
What the club accepts
Accepted payment methods are the club's own — cash and card at reception are the norm in Tbilisi. If it matters to you, check the club's page or call the number listed there before you travel.
Cancelling: there is nothing to refund
Because no money changes hands on Padelya, cancelling a booking does not start a refund and you have no statement line to wait for. What the club's cancellation policy tells you is what the club may still charge if you cancel late — it is shown on the booking page before you confirm, and again on the booking itself. Cancel inside the free window and you simply owe nothing.
Commission
The 6% Padelya commission is billed to the club, never to the player. The price you see on the slot is the price you pay at reception.
Currency
All bookings in Georgia are denominated in Georgian Lari (GEL). Cross-currency is on the roadmap but not in V1.
