Manage your Padelya account, change your contact details, or close your account entirely.
Changing your email
Go to Settings → Account → Email. Enter the new address and we'll send a confirmation link to it. Click the link and the change is applied immediately. The old email keeps receiving notifications until you confirm the new one — so a typo doesn't lock you out.
Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We email you a one-time link that expires after one hour. Click it, set a new password, and you're back in. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting another link. If you created your account with Google or Apple, you have no Padelya password — sign in with the same button you used to sign up.
Your level
Your level is not something you type in: it comes from a short technical questionnaire and then moves with your match results and the ratings other players give you. You can lower it yourself from My level on your profile if you were placed too high; raising it is played on court. As long as no match with a score is on your record, you can simply retake the questionnaire.
Deleting your account (right to erasure)
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. A 7-day cooldown applies: sign in again before it ends and the deletion is cancelled. After that we hard-delete your profile and anonymise your booking history — bookings you completed stay in the club's accounting records (legally required) but are detached from your name. This is your right under the Georgian PDP law and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.
Data export
Want a copy of everything we have on you? Go to Settings → Privacy → Your data. We email you a ZIP of 7 JSON files — profile, bookings, match history, notifications, ratings you gave, ratings you received, and the players you blocked — normally within 24 hours. No charge. Chat messages are not in the archive; they are kept encrypted and only opened when a safety report involves the thread. One export per 7 days.
