Everything you need to know about reserving a court on Padelya — from cancellation rules to changing the time of an existing booking.
Cancellation window (24h)
Most clubs allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the slot. After that, the club's policy decides what you still owe: typically 50% between 24h and 6h, then the full price inside 6h. The exact rules are shown on the booking page before you confirm, and again in your confirmation email.
What happens when you cancel
Nothing was charged when you booked, so cancelling starts no refund and there is no statement line to watch. Cancel inside the free window and you owe nothing. Cancel late and the club may still ask for the share set by its policy — settle that with the club directly.
Payment methods
You pay the club on site when you arrive; Padelya takes no card details at booking time. Cash and card at reception are the norm in Tbilisi — check the club's page if you need to be sure before travelling.
Changing or rescheduling
To change the date or time of an existing booking, go to My bookings, open the booking, and tap Reschedule. The price of the new slot replaces the old one, and it's that amount you pay at the club.
