Whether you're operating one indoor court or a multi-site complex, this section covers the day-to-day of running a club on Padelya.
Setting up your club
After you sign up as a club operator, the dashboard walks you through the checklist: profile (name, address, photos), courts (surface, allowed durations), opening hours, pricing, cancellation policy, and bank account for payouts. Your club only appears in player search once all of these are filled in.
Configuring rate cards
Pricing is structured as one or more tiers (for example Standard and Peak hours). Each tier has time windows (Mon–Fri 17:00–21:00) and a price per duration. The first matching tier wins. You can clone an existing tier to speed up edits and test changes by previewing a date.
Receiving payouts
Player payments land in our settlement account and are paid out to your IBAN weekly (Mondays). The payout summary lists each booking, the player who paid, our 6% commission, and the net amount. You can download a CSV from the dashboard for accounting.
Adding staff
Invite staff members from Settings → Team. Each staff member can be granted reception, manager or owner permissions. Reception sees today's calendar and can mark walk-ins; manager can edit pricing; owner has full access plus billing.
