Paying with Checkout.com
Padelya processes card payments through Checkout.com, our V1 payment service provider. When you book, you're redirected to a secure Checkout.com page to enter your card. After confirmation you return to Padelya with a paid booking. We never see or store your card number — Checkout.com issues a token that lets us refund or repeat-charge the card if you opt in.
When refunds clear
Refunds (cancellations, host-cancelled matches) are issued the moment you cancel inside the eligible window. The amount typically appears on your statement within 3–5 business days. Some banks take longer, especially across weekends and holidays. If a week passes without the refund landing, contact support with your booking ID and we'll trace it.
Settlement timing for clubs
Player payments land in our settlement account first. Every Monday morning we batch the previous week's bookings and pay your bank account, minus the 6% Padelya commission. Each settlement comes with a CSV breakdown of every booking included.
Currency
All bookings in Georgia are denominated in Georgian Lari (GEL). Cross-currency is on the roadmap but not in V1.
