Padelya operates from Tbilisi, Georgia, and complies with the Georgian PDP regulation and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Georgia is the only market we operate in today.
Terms of Service
The full Terms of Service (the contract between you and Padelya) describe what we offer, what we expect from you, and how disputes are resolved. They are being finalised with legal counsel; the current summary and the highlights expected in the final version are on the Terms of Service page. Highlights: no harassment, no fraud, no scraping, and you must be at least 16 years old.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy explains exactly what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Short version: we collect what we need to run the service (name, email, bookings, IP for fraud-prevention) and nothing more. Payment is taken by the club on site, so we hold no card data at all. We never sell your data.
GDPR & Georgian PDP
Padelya is GDPR-compliant: you can request access, export, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. The Georgian Personal Data Protection law gives you the same rights. Contact privacy@padelya.app for any request — we respond within 30 days as required.
Cookie policy
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie for sign-in, a language cookie, the record of your consent decision itself, and an anonymous analytics cookie if you opt in. No third-party advertising trackers. Refusing analytics never blocks sign-in. The full inventory is in the cookie policy, and you can change your choices any time from the cookie-preferences card in your profile settings.
