Highlights expected to land in the final version:
- Eligibility — Padelya is open to anyone aged 16 or above.
- Acceptable use — no harassment, no fraud, no scraping, no automated misuse.
- Bookings and cancellations — cancellations are governed by each club's own cancellation policy, which is shown to you before you confirm.
- Payments — Padelya acts as a marketplace; the venue is the seller of record for the court rental. Today the venue is paid on site, so no money passes through Padelya: the platform invoices the club a 6% commission at the end of the month. If online payment is enabled for a venue in the future, a licensed payment processor handles the financial flow.
- Liability — Padelya is a platform; it does not own the courts or run the matches. We are responsible for the platform's operation, not for what happens on court (which is the venue's and the players' responsibility).
- Dispute resolution — direct contact first (support@padelya.app), then mediation, then court of competent jurisdiction.
